Cancellation Policy
A refund of 75% is available for guests who cancel with 72 hours advance notice.Within 72 hours of the tour date, all tickets are non-refundable. All cancellation requests should be made by mail to contact@bestfoodtourparis.fr.
Booking
During automated purchase process with our booking system,you must review all booking details. We check in attendees: Hand the printed voucher or show voucher on your phone to tour guide.The full payment will be made online with our secure payment system.Late arrivals
Please note that tour guides are not allowed to wait for guests arriving late.Any participant arriving more than 15 minutes later than the start of the tour will see his tour canceled and therefore non refundable.
Weather Conditions
We conduct tours rain or shine. You are advised to carry an umbrella and dress appropriately for weather conditions. If the tour started, and in the event of severe lightning, your tour guide will suspend the tour at his/her discretion. If tour was suspended, you will be reimbursed for partial or full price of ticket depending on the time the tour was suspended. If the tour is suspended at the beginning of the tour, you will receive full payment. If tour guide did not suspend the tour but you do not want to continue with the tour due to rain, you will not get reimbursed for the ticket(s). You are responsible for yourself and your own safety.
Dietary restrictions
We accommodate vegetarians and most food restrictions. We do not accommodate vegan diets at any of our tours.
BESTFOODTOURPARIS Liability
BestFoodTourParis shall not be liable for any damages, material or immaterial, direct or indirect, that may arise from , or due to, the fault of the Client (e.g. ignoring security information given by the guide) during an excursion or service provided by BestFoodTourParis. The client may not request reimbursement or refunds if cancellation of a tour is the result of any act, event or circumstances not reasonably within the control of ,including BestFoodTourParis but not limited to any war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, severe weather, and other extraordinary circumstances. However, our tours will run rain or shine.
Personal Data
The subscribed user for the foodletter is informed that his/her personal information entered on the site by means of forms are saved by the BESTFOODTOURPARIS host server in a way which complies with the French law entitled « Informatique et Libertés » from January 6th of 1978. The electronic file containing the traveller’s information has also been transmitted to the French « CNIL ».

BESTFOODTOURPARIS reserves the right to use this data to send commercial messages related to the BESTFOODTOURPARIS site or to its associated services to the subscribed voyager.
